Jobs to be done

job 1When clients pay six to eighteen thousand dollars with almost no discoverable social proof, I want a systematic review and testimonial program, so that the price point is defended by visible evidence rather than left undefended.
job 2When she is invited everywhere as a high reputation expert but her LinkedIn cadence and following are not a scaled asset, I want her existing reputation systematically converted into a larger digital following, so that her thought leadership compounds instead of resetting with every appearance.
job 3When new client demand relies on word of mouth, a well connected co-founder's prestige, and conference visibility rather than a built demand generation system, I want a scalable, repeatable acquisition channel, so that growth does not depend entirely on borrowed prestige and chance encounters.
job 4When clients, in her own words, disappear for a year between engagements, I want a retention and re-engagement system that keeps the relationship alive, so that clients do not go quiet for months at a time.
job 5When podcast episodes, talks, and Institute output are not centralized or repurposed, I want her content consolidated into one compounding library, so that a single talk keeps working for her long after the event ends.
job 6When clients she has helped disappear for a year at a time, I want to stop feeling like the relationship evaporates after each engagement, so that she feels an ongoing connection to the people she has already helped rather than a series of one time encounters.
jtbd coverage noteFive functional jobs and one emotional job come from the sales brief's pain list. The brief explicitly attributes the "clients disappear for a year" phrase to Joanna Bensz herself, which serves as the only actual voice evidence available and supports both a functional retention job and an emotional connection job. No quote reflects how she wants to be seen by others, so a social job is omitted for lack of voice evidence; the register holds no verbatim quotes for this subject.

To właśnie takie rozmowy, łączące osiągnięcia współczesnej nauki z doświadczeniami różnych kultur, mogą prowadzić do najciekawszych odkryć. #Longevity #Bhutan #Wellbeing #Resilience #PreventiveMedicine #HealthyLongevity #Leadership #GrossNationalHappiness

Jedną z najważniejszych inicjatyw jest organizowana corocznie w Buck Institute for Research on Aging w Kalifornii prestiżowa konferencja Longevity Roundtable,  zamknięte spotkanie skupiające światowych liderów rynku longevity, naukowców, lekarzy, inwestorów oraz przedstawicieli najbardziej innowacyjnych klinik długowieczności.

Dlaczego to istotne? #Longevity #LongevityMedicine #Healthspan #PreventiveMedicine #HealthcareInnovation #IIOL #HealthyLongevity #Dubai

To dopiero początek naszej drogi. Wierzę, że kolejne spotkania Longevity Executive Club będą wzmacniać społeczność osób, które chcą świadomie budować swoje zdrowie, odporność i długowieczność, a także inspirować innych do życia pełnego energii, sensu i dobrostanu. #longevity #resilience #anetakreglicka #Longevityexecutiveclub #willaporanek

Yesterday at Longevity Center | Switzerland in Zurich, we had the privilege of welcoming Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche Rinpoche, renowned teacher of the ancient Bön Buddhist tradition, author, and one of the leading voices in the fields of sleep yoga, dream yoga, meditation, and conscious living. Together, surrounded by our inspiring guests and art in our dedicated gallery, we explored a topic that feels increasingly relevant in modern healthcare, Longevity and wellness: What if true longevity begins with more awareness? One of the most powerful discussions of the evening centered around the concept of “pain identity” the way people can unconsciously begin to identify with stress, illness, trauma, anxiety, or emotional suffering as part of who they are. Instead of: “I experience pain” we begin to believe: “I am my pain.” ‘I am sick’ This subtle but profound shift influences not only emotional well-being, but also the nervous system, resilience, healing capacity, relationships, and overall vitality. We also discussed the importance of sleep as one of the foundations of health and self-responsibility, not simply as recovery, but as a deeply restorative state essential for mental clarity, emotional balance, and long-term well-being. Rinpoche is one of the most efficient “sleep practitioners” scoring for weeks 100% on WHOOP ! Another important topic was breath and nervous system regulation. Rinpoche shared the significance of the sacred mantra: AAH OM HUNG In the Bön tradition, these sounds are connected with body, speech, and mind “, helping harmonize inner awareness, energy, and emotional balance through breath, vibration, and presence. One of the most meaningful reflections of the evening was also redefining meditation itself: not as “stopping thoughts,” but as cultivating awareness, spaciousness, presence, and connection with our deeper nature. I always deeply enjoy meeting with Rinpoche, not only because he is an inspiring teacher, but because he is also a truly beautiful human being with an incredibly kind, grounded, and uplifting energy. Moments like this remind me that the future of longevity and wellness must include not only science and medicine, but also consciousness, emotional resilience, human connection, and inner balance. Deep gratitude to everyone who joined us for this special evening in Zurich. ✨ #Longevity #Wellbeing #Leadership #Meditation #Breathwork #SleepHealth #Consciousness #MentalHealth #MindBodyConnection #Wellness #Zurich #HolisticHealth #NervousSystem #PersonalGrowth #LongevityCenter

Wellness Philosophy and Integration2026-05-27source

Yesterday at the Milan Longevity Summit 2026, I had the privilege of joining an important discussion on the future of preventive medicine and the evolving role of longevity clinics globally. Together with Tina Woods , Javier Ramirez Sabau and Manjit Sareen , we explored how the longevity sector is rapidly moving from innovation toward accountability, where measurable outcomes, scientific credibility, continuous care, and responsible practice will define the next generation of healthcare. A few key themes strongly emerged from the conversation: • Longevity medicine is becoming increasingly consumer-driven • Clients now expect personalised, data-driven, continuous care • Outcomes, interventions and follow up, not just diagnostics or data collection are becoming the true differentiator • Longevity clinics play an important role as long-term health platforms rather than episodic service providers • Best practices, interoperability, and evidence-based solutions are the key to making this sector a success What has become increasingly clear is that longevity medicine is no longer a niche conversation. While “longevity” has become a global buzzword — often amplified by self-appointed social media experts — the field itself is evolving into a new operating system for proactive healthcare and healthy ageing. At this critical stage of development, it is essential that responsible longevity clinics, organizations, researchers, and industry leaders work together to guide the sector in the right direction, with scientific integrity, ethical standards, and measurable patient outcomes at its core. The future of healthspan will not be built by isolated actors, but through interconnected ecosystems that integrate medicine, technology, research, hospitality, and patient engagement to deliver scalable human outcomes. This is the role of International Institute of Longevity, where clinics are coming together to to discuss, exchange, learn from each other and recommend best practices. Grateful to the Milan Longevity Summit for inviting us as a partner this year and for creating such an important platform for these discussions. #Longevity #PreventiveMedicine #Healthspan #LongevityClinics #PrecisionMedicine #longevitycenter #MilanLongevitySummit #internationalinstituteoflongevity #longevityroundtable #LongevityMedicine

I love birthdays !🎂 🎉 🎈 I always did. Now, as a founder of longevity clinics I look at it slightly differently the before . We are taught to think about birthdays as a number. 🎂 Another year older. Another candle. So which number do I choose? In my passport I am 54 but my epigenetic age is 45 and metabolic even lower. According to DunneAqe I age at the 0.8 % - which means much slower then people I went to school with :) Because the number itself? It’s just chronological age. And it says very little about your vitality and how much energy you have, how well your body functions, how alive you actually feel. What matters more is my biological age, how my body is truly aging on the inside and how much energy and resilience I have to do what I love doing and still plan to do. So where do birthdays fit into this? They’re not just markers of time. They’re an opportunity to reconnect with your sense of aliveness, and with the joy of living, not the fear of aging. A well-celebrated birthday isn’t about getting older. It’s about recognizing how young you can feel at any stage of life. 👉Because feeling young is not about denying age, it is about staying connected to curiosity, vitality, and joy. When you celebrate your birthday in a meaningful way, you reinforce: • connection with others • a sense of being valued • reflection on your journey • self-compassion All of these support long-term health and vitality. 👉 Don’t focus on the number 👉 Focus on your energy, your resilience, your capacity to enjoy life At Longevity Center | Europe and Longevity Sport Lab , when we measure biological age, we often see something surprising: People can be: • 45 chronologically, but full of vitality and biologically younger • or 35, but already running low on energy and resilience That’s where the real conversation starts. So celebrate your birthday. Celebrate your energy. Celebrate the simple fact that you’re here and able to experience life. Because longevity isn’t about counting years. It’s about living them with vitality, presence, and joy.

Can you age slower than average? More and more data suggests: YES. In 2025, over 80 individuals at Longevity Center | Europe were tested using DunedinPACE , currently one of the most advanced tools for measuring the rate of biological aging. 📊 Average result: 0.78 This means the group is aging 22% slower than the general population. For context: Brian Johnson, one of the world’s most well-known biohackers, reports a pace of aging around 0.65 (achieved through an extremely rigorous and expensive protocol). Meanwhile: 👉 at least 10 clients in Poland are aging even slower than that This shifts the narrative. Longevity is no longer: ❌ something fixed or purely genetic ❌ outside of our control It is becoming: ✅ a process we can actively influence ✅ through structured protocols — including lifestyle optimization, stress resilience, sleep improvement, and both medical and non-medical interventions The key insight? It’s not about how old you are. It’s about how fast you age. What is the most important takeway?  The process and progress is in your hands! My personal result is 0.8, which is really good, but still leaves a room for improvement:) #longevity #healthspan #biohacking #futureofhealth #performance #longevitycenter #DunedinPACE

When Lifestyle Becomes Medicine 🫀🌱 Interview with Dr Dean Ornish, the father of Lifestyle Medicine. Nearly 50 years ago, Dr. Dean Ornish, M.D. stood in operating rooms as a heart surgeon, watching the same patients come back again… and again… and again. The surgeries worked. The science worked. But the disease never truly left. That frustration led him to challenge what medicine once believed was impossible: 👉 Heart disease can be reversed, without drugs or surgery. In our latest interview, recorded during the 3rd Roundtable of Longevity Clinics by the International Institute of Longevity at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging , Dean reflects on the journey that helped ignite a global movement. ✨ His research laid the foundation for Lifestyle Medicine ✨ His work inspired the creation of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, now tens of thousands of physicians strong ✨ His lifestyle program became one of the first non-drug, non-surgical interventions covered by Medicare This is why Lifestyle Medicine is the cornerstone of Longevity Medicine. And his message? 🥗 Eat more plants 🚶 Move more 🧘 Stress less ❤️ Love more Sometimes the most powerful medicine isn’t found in a pill, but in how we live. 🎥 Watch the full interview here: https://lnkd.in/dt4xSsan #LifestyleMedicine #DeanOrnish #LongevityMedicine #Longevity #IIOL #InternationalInstituteOfLongevity

When Lifestyle Becomes Medicine: Dean Ornish on Reversing Disease, Not Just Treating It This interview with Dean Ornish, M.D. was recorded during the International Institute of Longevity during our 3rd Roundtable on Longevity Clinics, hosted at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging . Dean reflects on a nearly 50-year journey that began as a heart surgeon, watching patients return again and again after bypass surgery because the causes of disease were never addressed. That frustration led him to prove something once considered impossible: heart disease can be reversed through lifestyle changes. Beyond research, Dean helped ignite a global movement. His work inspired the creation and growth of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, now representing tens of thousands of physicians and recently welcomed into the AMA. His lifestyle program also became one of the first non-drug, non-surgical interventions covered by Medicare. Lifestyle Medicine is the corner stone of longevity medicines. 🧠 What is more important: HOMEOSTASIS or ALLOSTASIS leading towards resilience. Discussing with our Longevity Center | Europe team the topic of resilience and our Stress and Resilience Lab, we ended up debating on that is more important living in "Homeostasis" or "Allostasis". This is especially interesting as we are living in a timeline where "change" is part of our life. 🧠 What Homeostasis and Allostasis Actually Do HOMEOSTASIS: 🔹 Keeps the body’s internal environment stable (temperature, blood sugar, pH). 🔹 Works automatically and reflexively,Clike a thermostat. 👉 Essential for survival, but it’s a reactive system, it responds after change happens. ALLOSTASIS: 🔹 Helps the body anticipate and adapt to change (stress, activity, social demands). 🔹 Involves the brain coordinating hormones and behavior ahead of time. 👉 Essential for functioning in a dynamic world, not just surviving it. 🧩 So What Does This Mean for Longevity and Health? You can’t live healthily or long by staying in homeostasis all the time because: ❗ Pure homeostasis = no adaptation 🔹 You wouldn’t handle new stressors well. 🔹 You’d struggle with emotional, physical, or social challenges. 🔹 You’d have less capacity to learn, grow, and recover. 🙇‍♀️ But Allostasis Has Risks Too 🔹 Constant allostatic activation, constantly being in “adaptation mode” — leads to: 🔹 Elevated stress hormones (like cortisol) 🔹 Inflammation 🔹 Cardiovascular strain 🔹 Weakened immune function Researchers call the buildup of these changes "allostatic load", and it’s linked to: 🔹 Higher risk of chronic disease (heart disease, diabetes) 🔹 Age-related decline 🔹 Shortened lifespan ✔️ This is scientifically well established — chronic activation is harmful. 🧠So What Actually Supports Longer, Healthier Life? It’s Not Homeostasis instead of Allostasis It’s healthy allostasis that supports homeostasis over time. Healthy regulation = ✔️ smart activation of allostasis when needed ✔️ quick return to baseline homeostasis afterward ✔️ low allostatic load over the long haul This is what resilience looks like. ⭕ It’s the cycle: 🔹 Encounter challenge 🔹 Allostasis adapts 🔹 Homeostasis restores 🔹 Body strengthens and becomes more resilient This pattern supports longevity. 🎶 Think of your body like a well-tuned orchestra: Homeostasis is the steady beat, keeps the rhythm. Allostasis is the improvisation, lets the music adapt to the moment. A great performance needs both. I recommend an interesting systematic review of over 267 research papers on the effects of allostasis on health outcomes: https://lnkd.in/drSNvePv #homeostasis #allostasis #longevitycenter #longevity

Ellen Langer is a pioneering American psychologist, Harvard University professor, and one of the founders of modern mindfulness research. Often referred to as the “mother of mindfulness,” her work has fundamentally reshaped how we understand wellbeing, health, aging, and longevity. On the 7th December 2025, she was the Keynote Speaker at the Roundtable for Longevity Clinics, organized by the International Institute of Longevity and hosted at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in Novato, California. Unlike traditional interpretations, Ellen defines mindfulness not as meditation, but as the active process of noticing new things, cultivating awareness, curiosity, and openness in everyday life. Her research demonstrates that this approach can measurably influence both psychological and physical health. 🌐 KEY LEARNINGS: 🔷 Mindfulness as active noticing
: Mindfulness is a way of engaging with life through awareness and choice, rather than a formal practice. 🔷 Choice, purpose, and longevity
Her seminal nursing home studies revealed that giving individuals even small, meaningful choices led to greater alertness, improved wellbeing, and increased survival rates. 🔷 The Counterclockwise Study
In this landmark experiment, older adults lived for a week as if they were 20 years younger, resulting in improvements in strength, posture, vision, and cognitive performance, highlighting the powerful role of mindset in aging. 🔷 Stress and emotion as interpretations
Langer’s work shows that stress is not caused by events themselves, but by how they are interpreted. The same physiological response can be experienced as anxiety or excitement depending on perspective. 🔷 The principle of mutability
Central to her research is the idea that many aspects of life we consider fixed health, limitations, aging, are far more flexible than commonly assumed. 🩺 Relevance to Longevity Clinics Ellen Langer’s work strongly aligns with the mission of longevity-focused healthcare by emphasizing that: 💎 Psychological agency and purpose are essential health factors 🙇‍♀️ Mindset directly influences patient outcomes 🧠 Longevity is not only biological, but behavioral and cognitive Her keynote underscored a vital message: integrating mindset, meaning, and mindfulness is essential to the future of longevity medicine. https://lnkd.in/dRu_Hb6S #ellenlanger #longevity #longevitymedicine #iiol #longevityclinics #mindfulness #positivepsychology

Longevity medicine: what can we expect in 2026 In an interview with Dr. Eric Verdin, President and CEO of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, and Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of Longevity Center | Europe, during his recent visit to Poland, we discuss what is to be expected in the field in 2026. Our discussion focused on the maturation of aging research into an emerging clinical discipline. Public interest in longevity is increasing rapidly in both the US and Europe, driven by improved understanding of aging biology, preventive medicine, and the expansion of specialized longevity clinics. We discussed the rise of longevity clinics and the urgent need to connect cutting-edge research with real human applications, without compromising scientific rigor. Dr. Verdin emphasized that the future of longevity depends on strong clinical trials, shared data, and collaboration between researchers and practitioners. Dr. Verdin emphasized the importance of translational rigor, connecting mechanistic insights from aging research with human clinical trials. Recent non-human primate studies demonstrating partial biological rejuvenation through stem-cell-based approaches underscore the therapeutic potential, while also highlighting the necessity of reproducibility, safety, and long-term follow-up. A key theme was the need for structured collaboration between research institutes and longevity clinics, including shared physiological and biomarker data, to better understand human aging trajectories. As the field becomes increasingly commercialized, maintaining scientific integrity and evidence-based standards will be critical to ensuring that longevity medicine delivers measurable clinical value. The next phase of aging research will be defined not by promises, but by data, trials, and outcomes. 👉 From your perspective, what evidence thresholds should define clinical longevity interventions? #LongevityMedicine #AgingResearch #PreventiveMedicine #TranslationalScience #ClinicalTrials #Biotechnology #Healthspan #LifeSciences https://lnkd.in/dzezYnXh

2025 was a defining year in my journey as a founder and in the maturation of the longevity ecosystem we are building. 🇨🇭 We opened the Longevity Center | Europe clinic in the most beautiful location in Zurich, Switzerland, reinforcing our commitment to rigorous, evidence-based longevity medicine. 📖 We also finalized the Longevity Academy, taking an important step toward sharing practical know-how with external clinics and medical professionals and helping raise the overall standard of care in the field. Throughout the year, I had the privilege to contribute to global longevity conferences and partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia (Swiss Longevity Day in Zurich, Global Health Summit by Hevolution Foundation, Forbes 30/50 AbuDhabi, Milan Longevity Summit, FIBO, Asia-Pacific Longevity Medicine Society meeting, Longevity Power Walk, St. Moritz Longevity Forum, ATOM conference in NUS, Singapore as well as the Global Health Exhibition - ملتقى الصحة العالمي engaging with medical professionals, policymakers, and founders. I am also pleased to be serving among other industry leaders on the judging panel of the XPRIZE Healthspan competition, one of the leading competitions to move the sector forward, under leadership and vision of Jamie Justice, Ph.D. These exchanges reinforced one belief: longevity can only scale responsibly if it is built on collaboration, discipline, and real-world application. 💪 In September, we opened the Longevity Sport Lab (www.longevitysportlab.com)  at its permanent home in Legia Stadium, Warsaw, bringing performance, recovery, and longevity together in a truly applied setting. In parallel, we formally established the International Institute of Longevity, serving as a global alliance of responsible longevity clinics. 👩‍👧‍👦 We closed 2025 in California, where I organized and co-hosted the Roundtable of Longevity Clinics at the Buck Institute, together with Dr. Eric Verdin. Bringing global experts together to align on best practices and adapt global medical and non-medical guidelines for longevity clinics was a meaningful milestone, and one that reflects years of foundational work. 🌐 Looking ahead to 2026, my focus is clear: 🔅 to strenghten international collaboration among clinics, 🔅 expand education and training, 🔅 continue building longevity as a disciplined, one that earns trust through practice, not promise. Grateful for the people and partnerships that shaped 2025, and energized for what we will build next. Our 3rd Roundtable of Longevity Clinics, organized by the International Institute of Longevity, and held on December 6–8, 2025, at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging in California. This premier global congress brought together leaders from longevity clinics, preventive health experts, scientists, innovators, and healthcare technology providers from around the world to discuss collaboration, innovation, standardization, and the emerging trends shaping the future of longevity medicine. Over three days of rich content and dynamic discussions, participants explored key topics including advanced diagnostics and biological clocks, proven interventions and the role of AI and digital solutions in personalized care. Sessions also addressed psychological and emotional dimensions of aging, client experience and PR for the sector, workforce development, and the evolving role of longevity clinics within broader healthcare ecosystems. A central theme throughout the congress was the need for global collaboration and standardization within the longevity sector. While demand for personalized preventive care continues to grow, many longevity clinics struggle with profitability due to high costs of advanced diagnostics, complex care delivery models, and the need for long-term patient engagement and infrastructure. According to industry analyses, only a minority of longevity clinics are currently profitable despite expansion plans, reflecting the tension between delivering high-quality preventive care and building sustainable business models. Nonetheless, participants underscored that even clinics that are not yet financially thriving play a critical role as learning hubs for the healthcare industry. Through ongoing data collection, real-world practice insights, and iterative innovation, these clinics contribute valuable evidence and experience that help shape preventive health strategies, influence policy dialogues, and accelerate the deployment of personalized, longevity-focused care approaches within mainstream medicine. This year’s Roundtable was further elevated by three exceptional keynote speakers (along with 58 presenters and pannelists): 🔆 Dr. Ellen Langer, widely regarded as the “mother of mindfulness,” delivered a thought-provoking keynote on the mind–body integrity 🔆. Dr Peter H. Diamandis , also elected as the Longevity Though Leader of the Year 🔆 Dr. Dean Ornish, M.D., pioneer in lifestyle medicin Another highlight was the participation of two internationally renowned biological dentists, whose presentations captivated the audience by demonstrating the profound connections between oral health, systemic inflammation, longevity outcomes, and early diagnostic opportunities—positioning biological dentistry as a rising pillar within integrative longevity practice. This event earned the reputation to be the key international event for anybody interested in practical Longevity solutions. #longevityclinics #longevity #iiol

What an inspiring start to Day 1 of the Roundtable of Longevity Clinics! 🎯 Setting the scene: Why Day 1 mattered • Organised by The International Institute of Longevity and the iconic Buck Institute for Research on Aging . Our 3rd edition, bringing together global leaders in longevity medicine, diagnostics, technology, and clinical practice. • The community is growing fast. With around 250 in-person attendees plus more joining virtually, the event represents a major convergence of thinkers, practitioners, and investors invested in transforming longevity from theory into real-world practice. • As co-founder of the organizing body International Institute of Longevity (IIOL) and founder of Longevity Center Europe I see this Roundtable as a pivotal moment: we are not just talking about Healthspan, but about building a sustainable model for health-span medicine, defining standards, and ensuring clinics worldwide can adopt best practices responsibly. From my perspective: It was powerful to see a mix of visionaries, clinicians, scientists, and entrepreneurs all united by the same question: how can we turn longevity from a niche aspiration into a scalable, credible medical reality. Without shared standards, the field risks fragmentation — which is why establishing consensus around diagnostics, biomarkers, and interventions is so critical. Inspiring to see how various sectors are coming together - from medical wellness and hospitality represents by Susie Ellis , Simone Gibertoni Dr. Mike Roizen or Alfredo Bataller psychological, lifestyle and spiritual represented by Dean Ornish, M.D. and -Ellen Langer to the most progressive clinics represented by William Kapp , Andrea B. Maier , Amy B Killen MD or Human Longevity, Inc. And many truly amazing . Female heath pannel curate by the leader in this field Jennifer Garrison, PhD ! Just am amazing day ! ✅ What resonated most and what I felt strongly about • The diversity of background, but alignment of focus and interest - to progress the longevity clinic sector . It showed that longevity medicine is becoming interdisciplinary and multimodal. This confirms one of IIOL’s core convictions: to make longevity real, we must integrate science, clinical practice, technology, and integrative health. • Global collaboration + standardization. Longevity is rising worldwide, across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the U.S., and beyond. The community needs shared definitions and standards (for diagnostics, interventions, and client care), so that longevity medicine does not splinter into a patchwork of incompatible models. The Roundtable is laying the foundation for exactly that. Excited for what Days 2 and 3 will bring. The work we do here could reshape the future of our sector.

Every year, our team at the  International Institute of Longevity gathers before the Roundtable of Longevity Clinics at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, an event that brings together leading longevity physicians, researchers, and clinic founders from around the world. And every year, we begin with our own traditions: watching the sunrise over the Golden Gate Bridge, taking a few amazing shots by our amazing photographer Marek Misiurewicz and sharing breakfast at a small café in Sausalito. These rituals may seem simple, but they remind us why we do the work we do: 🔷 To be present 🔷 To connect 🔷 To celebrate progress 🔷 To cultivate joy and meaning 🔷 To live the longevity way ourselves This year, as we prepare for the most exciting Roundtable yet, these traditions feel even more powerful. The field of longevity medicine is evolving at remarkable speed, and the global community coming together at the Roundtable is shaping the future of prevention-focused, health-span-centered care. Longevity isn’t only about living longer, it's about living deeper, more connected, more intentional lives. And sometimes, that begins with a sunrise… and a coffee shared with people who inspire you. Here’s to the Roundtable of Longevity Clinics 2025. Here’s to the teams and leaders moving our industry forward. #internationalinstituteoflongevity #longevity #roundtableoflongevityclinics #teamspirit #GoldenGate And here’s to the small traditions that anchor us along the way.
