Jobs to be done

job 1When customers in Delhi could not understand why a whole-body, 14-day therapy was needed for something as small as knee pain, and language stood between her and explaining Ayurveda's holistic system, I want to make people understand and believe in the full holistic approach before they will commit to treatment, so that unfamiliarity with the system stops blocking bookings. source
job 2When only Kerala-trained doctors understood the panchakarma treatments we wanted to offer and no one outside Kerala did, I want to recruit those specialists and learn the subject deeply myself, so that we can deliver an authentic treatment even where local expertise does not already exist. source
job 3When commercial pressure tempts operators to dilute Ayurveda's real concept just to turn a fast profit, I want Kairali to hold to the authentic tradition instead, so that we are recognized as genuine stewards of Ayurveda, not another diluted wellness brand chasing quick returns. source
jtbd coverage noteThree register quotes exist for this subject, all from one 2026-03-08 interview. Two ground functional jobs about overcoming unfamiliarity and sourcing scarce Kerala-trained expertise as the business expanded beyond Kerala, and one grounds a social job about being recognized as an authentic steward of Ayurveda rather than a diluted commercial brand. No sales brief exists for this subject, and no quote isolates a standalone feeling distinct from the operational narrative, so no separate emotional job is included.

we had a real big challenge it was not very easy we had come all the way from south to the uh capital of our country Delhi where language was the hurdle you know and to make people understand the word aya was not known and to make people understand about this holistic system was really tough they would you know question you with so many things as to why we should be doing a 14-day therapy and just I have a pain in my knee and why do you do my whole body treatment they didn't understand what ayurida was the holistic system of ayurida has to be explained to them and make them understand so all this took a lot of time and not very easy to convert into treatments or therapies you know because the belief was not there at all.

painOperations, Crisis and Events2026-03-08source

we wanted a doctors also from Kerala because this is a Kerala system of treatment the panchakarma treatment that we wanting to promote and only Kerala people understood this panchaka karma. This was never known in this part of the country at all. But the language as I said was a barrier. They could never speak Hindi nor English. So it was very very difficult to make a customer understand what this uh the um actual treatment that they have to do. what would be the result and why you should be doing so all that to explain I had to learn the subject and then it became more easier and then we could people could understand and then that's how we progress from you know slowly and steadily

painTeam, Hiring and Leadership2026-03-08source

If you dilute it and spoil the real concept of ayida just to make a fast you know profit or whatever it won't go forward

Wellness Philosophy and Integration2026-03-09source

Leadership is uh something that uh you nurture yourself. You nurture it. Uh it's not by being okay, you're the boss and everyone should obey you. It's not like that. You you your staff, your your therapists, your other medical people around or it should be like a teamwork. You should form a team like when we started it was more like a house, you know. Everyone knew each other very well. we interacted because it was small core but and having done that like you're like a family like you know then it worked out very well so everyone wants to put their 100% to the job nobody bothers okay it is now 6:00 I have to run no they will wait till the work is over do complete the job thoroughly and with so much of passion that is very important dedication and passion all that just automatically comes when you are very uh what to say compassionate and you know yeah and not very you you're sure what you want to do you you want to do but you won't boss on that you will you put it properly and you'll uh get get the things done so that's what I call able to lead a team without without any hassles

Team, Hiring and Leadership2026-03-08source

I would say my um promoting of Ayurida and I feel very happy about it is first of all it is Indian 100% Indian so I'm very proud to say that somet

people who that has come to us and seeing the absor observation of this many years of our work we could see how much benefit we have been giving people. People who coming from abroad they come on a wheelchair and they go back on their to you know walking that itself was enough feeling of happiness and feeling very good that we whatever we started has really benefited people

Guest Experience and Client Trust2026-03-08source

they should be dedicated their heart and soul should go into it in whatever they are doing and they should not dilute the system they have to keep it in it authentic authenticity which is so important

give it its time slowly and steadily it definitely will grow grow and in the long run it'll benefit you only

Founder Journey and Legacy2026-03-08source

it was a challenge we know the uh challenge itself was we wanted IA to retain and progress and you know and grow it was a period when I was declining when being the industry of manufacturing we could see that the aya was declining and this beautiful science that India has was just going to die. So this prompted us let's not let's take a you know a step and take it forward that's how we thought of bringing this concept of weather with the treatments and therapies over here

Founder Journey and Legacy2026-03-08source

Being a woman I don't think there was any big difference in it because first in the first place I never considered that you know I'm a woman and I'm doing something like this. Uh it was something that I wanted to do and just went ahead doing it.

Founder Journey and Legacy2026-03-08source

I think you make a world a healthy world and that gives me makes me feel very happy

Founder Journey and Legacy2026-03-08source

the team that we had created were all you know coming from south very doile nice people easy to maintain they knew knew what they have to do and very cooperative. So there was no big hurdle to come up with this concept and get it done like the only problem was that we had to educate the uh public at large and the people who came to our place to understand what the concept was other it was not much challenge for us.

Team, Hiring and Leadership2026-03-08source

we come from a family of Ayurvedic physicians and we are into manufacturing of Ayurvedic products and into research of the products. So this deeprooted connection with Ayurveda is what inspired us and it's not only just inspired with the products that we used we could see such good results for people. So why not take this system of Ayeda with his treatments and therapies directly to the people is what gave us the thought let's start something like this here in Delhi.

Founder Journey and Legacy2026-03-08source

When I started I had not done this alternate system of medicine. So when we started and to make the learn the subject I I started learning the subject to know what exactly it it is and that's where then it became easier for you know scientifically to explain to the customers to the guest who's coming to us

Founder Journey and Legacy2026-03-08source

you will u build yourself internally for so strong and keep yourself strong and be sure of what you want to do and you will chuck at a plan accordingly. You know you have a family, you know you have children. Only thing that your family should be supportive that is that point. Yeah, that's very very important. If they are not supportive, then nothing goes ahead.

Founder Wellbeing and Work-Life Balance2026-03-08source

My husband was very supportive. My children were equally supportive. They did whatever they had to do. They know mommy's busy. So but they know whatever is told they have to uh uh follow it. So that was very nice of them and so when any woman wants to do they also should see and how they could balance their time with the family and with the work that you're doing that all can be planned pre-planned then things would go smooth. I think that's how it worked with me.
